🔧 Common Issues & Solutions

Where do I get channels or content?
{{APP_NAME_FORMAL}} is a player only. We do not supply content. You must:
  • Obtain an IPTV subscription from a provider of your choice,
  • Use your provider’s M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials,
  • Ensure you have the legal right to access the content,
  • Add your playlist/credentials in the app.
My playlist won’t load — what can I try?
  • Verify your M3U URL or Xtream credentials are valid and active,
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi vs. cellular),
  • Make sure the URL is accessible (not blocked by firewall/VPN/ISP),
  • Confirm your provider’s API is not rate-limiting you,
  • Ensure your playlist is a proper M3U or valid Xtream Codes endpoint,
  • Try refreshing/reimporting the playlist.
How do I manage my subscription?
In-app subscriptions are managed by the App Store on your device:
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
For billing issues, please contact Apple Support.
Streams buffer or stop after ~50 seconds — why?
This is typically provider or network related:
  • Some providers issue tokenised/expiring HLS links; tokens may refresh or expire quickly,
  • Network drops or low bandwidth can interrupt playback,
  • Provider rate limits or concurrent-stream limits may cut sessions,
  • DRM or geo-restrictions can block or end streams,
  • Try another channel/URL; contact your provider if it persists.
Note: The app does not host or control streams; playback depends on your provider and connection.
EPG is missing or wrong — can you fix it?
EPG data is provided by your playlist/provider (not by {{APP_NAME_FORMAL}}):
  • Some providers do not include EPG or require a separate EPG URL,
  • EPG may be incomplete/outdated depending on the provider’s data,
  • Please check your provider’s documentation or contact them.
How do I delete my playlists and local data?
All your data is stored locally on your device:
  • Remove playlists from the app settings, or
  • Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored playlists, credentials, and viewing history.
We do not store your playlists, credentials, or viewing history on our servers.
